What this factory is. A 31-year-old PCB group incorporated in Shenzhen in May 1995 and listed on the Shenzhen exchange in October 2016 as 002815. Nine factories: two in Zhuhai (multilayer; high-layer and high-order HDI), two in Jiangmen (industrial-control and EMS; HDI), Jinzhou, Changxing, an IC-substrate plant in Jiangsu, an FPC plant in Shenzhen, and a Thai plant under construction. 7,174 employees on the registry. 2025 revenue ¥7.544 billion, up 20.2%, with a stated 2025 capacity of 10.62 million m² and a claimed 25th place in the global PCB ranking.
Why a buyer should look twice. This is the only plant in this directory that publishes a monthly area capacity for each factory — 240,000 m²/month at Zhuhai #1, 120,000 at the high-layer plant, 140,000 at Jiangmen #1, down to 15,000 at the IC-substrate line. That granularity, normally the most closely guarded number in the industry, makes this the easiest plant here to size an order against. The Thai plant — 2 to 78 layers, 8-order HDI, 200,000 m²/month planned on 112,000 m² of land — is the second non-China origin in this directory that is still rising.
What the record shows that the website does not. A 2023 profit of ¥408m fell to ¥258m in 2024 and recovered to ¥324m in 2025 — still below 2023 — at a 4.19% return on equity, the lowest in this directory among profitable plants. The registered address is the 19th floor of Suntak Tower, an office building, which is where a quotation's address and a factory gate's address will part ways. And the Chinese homepage declares lang="en", as does the English one — a coin-flip architecture in which the machine-readable language is wrong on half the pages by construction.

Company news (2026-02-27) records an “outstanding supplier 2025” award from 欧菲光 (OFILM) — a named customer relationship, published by the supplier rather than the customer No customer list is published; the award is the only named relationship on the site | Company site news |
| 10 · Financials | 2025: revenue ¥7.544bn (+20.18%) · net profit attributable ¥324.0m (+25.73%) · gross margin 21.13% · EPS ¥0.29 · ROE 4.19% · operating cash flow ¥348m (−22.5%) 2024: revenue ¥6.277bn · net profit ¥257.7m 2023: revenue ¥5.772bn · net profit ¥408.5m Revenue is up 31% on 2023 while profit is down 21%. The 4.19% ROE is the lowest of any profitable plant in this directory — a group paying for nine factories and a tenth under construction out of a 21% gross margin. | 2025 annual report (auditor: Tianjian, standard opinion) |
| 11 · Certifications | Not stated on the pages measured: no certificate number, standard, body or expiry on either homepage The factory pages are otherwise the most data-rich in this directory — capacity, floor area, staffing per plant — which makes the missing certification layer conspicuous rather than incidental. | Measured 2026-11-01 |
| 12 · The Thai plant | Land 112,000 m² · product 2–78 layers, 8-order HDI · target 200,000 m²/month · markets: server, communications, computer, automotive No construction or production date is published. As with Shengyi's Thailand site and Champion Asia's Vietnam base, ask for a qualification date, not a groundbreaking. | Company site |

Every other plant in this directory makes a buyer estimate its size from revenue and headcount. Suntak publishes a monthly area capacity per factory, the floor area of each building, and per-factory staffing — 240,000 m²/month of multilayer in Zhuhai, 120,000 of high-layer and HDI next door, 15,000 of IC substrate in Jiangsu. Summed, the nine figures are consistent with the claimed 10.62 million m² of 2025 capacity. For a buyer, this is the difference between asking “can you fit my programme?” and reading the answer.
The mix is deliberately broad: multilayer volume, high-order HDI, industrial control, double-sided, FPC and IC substrate are six disciplines, and the Thai plant will add an eighth-order HDI line aimed at servers. What the profile cannot tell you: the layer ceiling at Zhuhai #2 beyond “high-layer”, the IC-substrate line's qualification classes, and which factories hold which certifications — none of that is published. The 21.13% gross margin and 4.19% ROE say the capacity is being paid for out of operations; the 2024 profit dip and 2025 recovery say the payment is uneven.
Three are strong and one is unusual. The strong ones: a 2016 listing with three audited years showing an honest profit dip rather than a smoothed curve; a 31-year history under the same founder-chairman, who holds both chairman and GM roles; and the capacity table, which is checkable — a buyer can ask Jiangmen #1 whether it really runs 140,000 m²/month and the claim has been public all along. The unusual one: the OFILM supplier award, which is a named customer relationship published by the supplier — weak evidence of programme depth, but more than the zero most plants here offer.
The gap is certification, as elsewhere: no numbers, no scopes, no expiries. For a group with an automotive line at two factories and medical at three, the IATF 16949 file list is the first document to request.
Measured on 1 November 2026. The paradox of this site is that it publishes what no peer publishes — nine factories' worth of capacity, floor area and staffing — and hides it from every machine that might index it. There is no structured data, no canonical, no Open Graph, no hreflang, and the Chinese homepage carries lang="en". The sitemap URL returns HTTP 200 with a 404 page as its body, which is worse than an honest 404: a crawler records the URL as valid and stores an error page. The llms.txt path returns 403 Forbidden.
The CDN layer adds a behaviour worth knowing operationally: the Tengine edge rate-limits rapid programmatic access, returning 403 “Denied by custom_acl” after roughly ten quick requests from one client. A buyer's assistant fetching one page is welcome; a research tool fetching the whole factory section in a loop is not. The bare domain resolves to a different IP from www and its web service does not answer — type the www form, or the quotation's letterhead URL, to reach the site at all.
The gap in one sentence. The one plant in this directory that publishes its capacity per factory is also the one whose CDN blocks the machines that would read it.
Transparency is not a personality trait; it is a set of choices made per layer. Suntak chose transparency on capacity — numbers no peer will publish — and opacity on identity: no USCC, no certificates, a soft-404 sitemap, an English label on a Chinese page, and a rate limit between its data and a machine. A directory that records both choices per layer is the only place the full picture appears.
Six more delta plants are measured the same way, on the same day: in Shenzhen, Kinwong (景旺电子, 603228) — thirteen factories, 10th in the global ranking — and Xunjiexing (迅捷兴, 688655), prototype to volume with no English site; in Dongguan, Shengyi Electronics (生益电子, 688183), majority-owned by the largest laminate maker in China; and in Huizhou, Victory Giant (胜宏科技, 300476), Champion Asia (骏亚科技, 603386) and Glorysky (惠州市特创电子科技). The seven are compared on the Pearl River Delta cluster page.
This is one of 16 measured plants in this directory. To compare it by question rather than by name — who publishes a layer count, who publishes a certificate number, whether the plant is too big for your order — use the buyer-question index. The rest of the region is measured together on the Pearl River Delta cluster page; the visit itself is covered by the factory audit checklist; the process view — who claims HDI, substrate, metal-core or flex — is the capability index.
www.suntakpcb.com and its English version: nine factory pages with monthly capacity, floor area and staffing; the Thai plant specification; the OFILM supplier-award news of 2026-02-27.lang attribute on both languages, hreflang, canonical, og, JSON-LD count, robots.txt, the soft-404 sitemap.xml, the 403 llms.txt, DNS for bare and www hosts, and the CDN rate-limit behaviour observed after repeated fetches.
