What this factory is. A ChiNext-listed PCB manufacturer in Huiyang District, Huizhou, incorporated on 28 July 2006 and listed as 300476. It is the largest AI-and-HPC-focused board plant in this directory: 17,989 employees on the enterprise registry, ¥10.731 billion of revenue in 2024 (up 35.31%), ¥1.154 billion of net profit (up 71.96%), and a product mix concentrated on high-layer-count boards and high-order HDI for AI accelerator cards, AI servers, data-centre switches and optical modules.

Why a buyer should look twice. Very few board plants in China can claim ¥10.7 billion of revenue at a 22.7% gross margin while also running automotive, 5G infrastructure and medical lines. If your programme needs 20-plus layers with loss-controlled material and impedance control at volume, this is one of a handful of plants that can quote it. The company claims more than 350 global customers; it names none of them.

What the record does not show. There is no certificate number on either the Chinese or the English site, no US customs registration code in any source consulted, and no published layer-count range. The registered industry code is 3973 — integrated-circuit manufacturing — not PCB fabrication. On a dataset that filters by industry code, this plant will not appear as a board maker at all.

9 · Customers namedNone. The site claims “more than 350 global customers” and names no customer, no programme and no qualification.
This is the opposite of a red flag and the opposite of proof: at this revenue scale the customer list is the company's most valuable secret.

11 · CertificationsNo certificate number is published on the Chinese homepage or on the English homepage. Neither page lists a certification body, a scope statement or an expiry date; the English page shows a UL mark in an image strip with no file number.
For a plant quoting automotive and AI programmes this is the largest documentary gap in the profile. Ask for the IATF 16949 certificate number and check it at iatfglobaloversight.org.

15 · What an English-language reader seesThe English site's visible copy is English (“About”, “Management Team”, “Process Capability”), but the document declares itself Chinese and the <title> is “Victory Giant Technology” with no product, no place and no legal suffix. The Chinese legal name 胜宏科技 appears in the page body; the USCC does not.Measured 2026-11-01

B · Capability

The published capability is narrow by product and deep by process: high-layer-count boards and high-order HDI, positioned at the top of the difficulty curve where loss-controlled laminate, impedance tolerance and copper balance decide yield. The site describes five end markets, but the commercial centre of gravity in 2024–2026 is unmistakably AI infrastructure — accelerator cards, AI servers, switch boards and 800G-class optics — which is also what explains a 35% revenue increase and a 72% profit increase in one year.

What the profile cannot tell you, because the company does not publish it: the maximum layer count, the maximum HDI order (1+N+1, 2+N+2, any-layer), the panel sizes, the surface-finish menu, the monthly area capacity, or the split between HDI and high-layer revenue. For a plant of this size that is unusual, and it is the first thing to ask a sales engineer for.

C · Trust anchors

Three anchors are strong and one is missing. Strong: a ChiNext listing with audited accounts and a public filing trail (300476), a 19-year operating history at the same Huiyang address, and a customer concentration consistent with AI-server work. Missing: certification numbers. A buyer's due diligence on this plant should not stall on whether it is real — it plainly is — but on which IATF 16949 and UL files cover which process at which site, and whether the automotive line is the same building as the AI line.

One caution about scale: 17,989 employees at ¥10.7bn is a high revenue-per-head figure for PCB fabrication, which is consistent with a highly automated, high-value-mix plant and inconsistent with a labour-intensive one. If your programme is small-volume prototype work, you are not this plant's customer, whatever the sales reply says.

D · Digital footprint — an English site that tells crawlers it is Chinese

Measured on 1 November 2026, from one network outside China. The Chinese homepage returns 200 over HTTPS with 21,820 bytes of HTML, zero blocks of structured data and no language alternates. The English homepage returns 200 with 19,676 bytes, and its <html> element says lang="zh-cn" — an English-language document declaring itself Chinese to every parser that reads the attribute. There is no hreflang pair in either direction, so the two pages are, to a machine, two unrelated documents.

/sitemap.xml returns 404 on the main domain while robots.txt is the stock file shipped with the CMS, headed “robots.txt for ZoneTouch” and disallowing whole directories with trailing underscores. A site with no sitemap and a default robots file is not hostile to crawlers; it is simply unfinished at the layer that matters for discovery. For a plant whose customers include the largest AI hardware programmes in the world, that is the cheapest gap in this directory to close.

The most useful thing this profile shows

Size and legibility are unrelated. This is the highest-revenue plant in the directory and the one with the least machine-readable identity: no structured data, no sitemap, no language pair, an English page labelled Chinese, and an industry code that puts it in semiconductors rather than boards. If a buyer's assistant is asked for “PCB manufacturers in Huizhou”, the plant most able to build the board may not be in the answer — not because it is unknown, but because nothing on its own site states the fact in a form a machine can use.

Where this profile sits

This is one of 16 measured plants in this directory. To compare it by question rather than by name — who publishes a layer count, who publishes a certificate number, whether the plant is too big for your order — use the buyer-question index. The rest of the region is measured together on the Pearl River Delta cluster page; the visit itself is covered by the factory audit checklist; the process view — who claims HDI, substrate, metal-core or flex — is the capability index.
