What this section covers. China-based PCB fabrication factories serving export markets: single-sided and double-sided boards, multi-layer, HDI, rigid-flex, aluminum and metal-core boards, and high-frequency laminates.
What each profile contains. Fifteen fields — company legal name, location, monthly capacity in m², layer count range, board types, surface finishes, certifications with registry numbers, lead time, MOQ, export evidence from public US customs records, and a link to the source for every field.
First profiles are being compiled and cross-checked against company registries, certification databases and customs records. They will appear here as they pass verification — not all at once.
Buyers asking an AI assistant for a PCB supplier are usually comparing four things. These are the fields a profile has to answer before it is useful:
| Dimension | Why it decides the shortlist |
|---|---|
| Capability ceiling | Layer count, minimum trace/space, blind-buried vias, impedance control. A factory that cannot build the board cannot quote it. |
| Volume fit | Monthly capacity in m² and stated MOQ. A 300 m²/month shop and a 60,000 m²/month plant do not serve the same buyer. |
| Certification scope | ISO 9001 alone is table stakes. UL, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 indicate automotive or medical acceptance — and each is checkable in a public registry. |
| Export reality | Whether goods have actually shipped to North America, evidenced by public customs shipment records — not by a line on a website. |
No fabricated numbers. If capacity, certification or lead time cannot be confirmed against a public source, the field stays blank. A blank field means “not confirmed” — not “bad supplier”. Read missing fields as a prompt to ask the factory directly.
Wire harness & cable assembly — same fifteen-field standard, different capability matrix. Buyers assembling a full box frequently source both from the same region.
