What this factory is. A 844-person PCB manufacturer in Baihua Town, Huidong County — the eastern edge of Huizhou, an hour from the Shenzhen border — incorporated on 12 October 2010 and restructured into an unlisted joint-stock company in preparation for a listing that has not happened. Three manufacturing bases: Huidong (the registered plant), Huai'an in Jiangsu, and Malaysia. Paid-in capital ¥55.1 million; revenue ¥1.152 billion in 2022, the last figure published anywhere.

Why a buyer should look twice. The product mix is unusually specific for a plant this size: an LCD-dedicated line making oversized boards on metal-backed laminate, an automotive line covering motor control, battery modules, cockpit electronics, lighting and radar, and an AI-power line for server power supplies, storage and accelerator cards. It names 华星光电, 友达, 群创 and LGD as display customers — four names that a buyer can check — and claims unnamed global Tier 1 automotive customers.

What the record does not show. No certificate number, no customs registration, no layer count, no capacity figure in square metres, and no revenue after 2022. The plant is registered under industry code 81 — vehicle, electronics and household-goods repair — and classified as “large” on that basis, which is how a board maker disappears from any dataset filtered by industry.

1 · Legal name惠州市特创电子科技股份有限公司
Former name: 惠州市特创电子科技有限公司 — converted to a joint-stock company, most recently re-registered 2023-12-28
Enterprise type: 股份有限公司(非上市、自然人投资或控股) · legal representative 张远礼 · registered with 惠州市市场监督管理局; registration no. 441323000030757
No English legal name is published anywhere. The domain says “glorysky”, the company's own news URLs say “techtech”, and the site's English pages still title themselves in Chinese. A buyer searching either word will not find a legal entity.

Increased from ¥50,010,000 on 2023-12-28, the same date as the joint-stock conversion
Capital is 1/21st of the last published revenue. For a plant with three bases and a Malaysian entity, paid-in capital is not a measure of anything a buyer cares about.

5 · Registered industry vs actual productIndustry code 81 — 机动车、电子产品和日用产品修理业 (repair of motor vehicles, electronics and household goods); enterprise size class large for 2024 on that basis
Licensed scope: 线路板设计、加工、组装及销售;货物或技术进出口;机器设备租赁
The commercial aggregator that carries this record labels the company “印制电路板制造” (PCB manufacturing) in its own industry field — two classifications for one plant, in the same database.

7 · Ownership and controlNatural-person controlled. Largest natural-person holding: 张远礼, ¥14.359m of ¥55.107m subscribed — 26.06% (arithmetic on the 2023-12-28 shareholder schedule)
Institutional holders include 东莞市国弘投资, 安庆市同安产业招商投资基金, 安庆皖江高科技投资发展, 深圳市元嘉投资, 深圳市源长投资, 粤科国惠创新创业基金 — at least seven funds and vehicles, consistent with pre-IPO financing
A pre-IPO cap table with this many funds usually comes with a timetable. No listing application is public in the sources consulted.

8 · Product linesFour published segments:
· Automotive — motor and electronic control, battery modules, concealed safety systems, cockpit, lighting, ADAS, radar
· LCD display — a dedicated line, oversized formats including metal-backed laminate
· AI and communications — server power supplies, storage, GPU and accelerator cards, server mainboards
· Industrial control and medical — including embodied robotics
Technology claims: high layer count, high frequency, high speed, high thermal conductivity

9 · Customers named华星光电 (TCL CSOT), 友达 (AUO), 群创 (Innolux), LGD — named for the display line
Automotive: “many world-renowned Tier 1 brands”, none named
Four checkable display names is more than any other plant in this directory publishes. Zero named automotive customers is the gap that matters for a car programme.

10 · Revenue¥1.152bn (2022) — the most recent figure published by any source consulted
No 2023, 2024 or 2025 revenue is public: the company is unlisted and files no accounts

12 · Legal and riskThe aggregator that carries the registry record shows 13 self-risk entries and 2 judicial cases against the entity. Neither was examined for this profile, and no insolvency, enforcement or tax-default record was found in the sources consulted.
Two civil cases is unremarkable for a plant of this age and size. The count is recorded so that the next reader knows it was looked at, not skipped.

13 · Domains and DNSglorysky.com.cn — only www resolves (A 125.77.197.56); the bare domain has no address
glorysky.net.cn — serves the identical 29,280-byte page
Two live domains, same content, and the aggregator lists the .net.cn as the official website while the .com.cn is the one in the company's own email addresses. Nothing declares a canonical between them.

B · Capability

The interesting thing about this plant is not its size — 844 people and ¥1.15bn is mid-table in Huizhou — but the breadth of process it claims at that size. An LCD-dedicated line for oversized and metal-backed boards, an automotive line with radar and cockpit content, and an AI-power line for server supplies and accelerator cards are three different process disciplines with three different acceptance standards: cosmetic and flatness for displays, IATF-grade traceability for automotive, thermal and copper-heavy plating for power. Plants that do all three usually have separate buildings, separate quality systems and separate customer auditors.

Two capability claims are checkable and one is not. Checkable: the four named display customers, and the 5G Factory designation, which is a published MIIT list. Not checkable from outside: the layer count, the HDI order, the copper weight ceiling and the monthly area capacity — none is published on either language version of the site.

C · Trust anchors

Six state designations, one former name, and a pre-IPO cap table. The designations are the strongest anchor: National High-Tech Enterprise, National IP Demonstration Enterprise and 专精特新小巨人 are awarded against audited criteria and can be checked in the issuing lists. The ownership structure is the second: at least seven institutional vehicles subscribed in the 2023 conversion, which is what a company does when it intends to list.

What is missing is the layer a procurement file actually needs: certificate numbers with scope and expiry, a customs registration code in the plant's own name, and revenue less than three years old. An automotive buyer should treat the absence of a published IATF number as a question to ask, not a finding to act on — but ask it before the audit, not during it.

D · Digital footprint — two domains, no HTTPS, and an English page titled in Chinese

Measured on 1 November 2026. Both glorysky.com.cn and glorysky.net.cn serve the same 29,280 bytes over plain HTTP; the bare glorysky.com.cn — the form a buyer types — has no A record at all, and https:// on either domain closes the connection instead of answering. For a plant that supplies display majors and claims automotive Tier 1 work, an HTTP-only site is not a stylistic choice: browsers mark it “not secure”, and several corporate procurement proxies refuse it outright.

The language layer is half-built, which is more interesting than none. hreflang correctly pairs the Chinese and English pages in both directions — the only plant in this directory that does — and sitemap.xml exists and is declared. But the <html> element has no lang attribute, and the English page's <title> is the Chinese legal name. One file is a correct statement of a bilingual site; the other three are not.

The most useful thing this profile shows

A company can accumulate six national designations, pass display-major audits and run three bases, and still fail the four checks a machine makes in ten seconds: an HTTPS handshake, a language declaration, a title in the right language, and a domain that resolves without www. None of those failures has anything to do with whether the plant can build a board — which is exactly why they are worth recording separately from capability, and why a directory that measures them is doing something a brochure cannot.

Where this profile sits

This is one of 16 measured plants in this directory. To compare it by question rather than by name — who publishes a layer count, who publishes a certificate number, whether the plant is too big for your order — use the buyer-question index. The rest of the region is measured together on the Pearl River Delta cluster page; the visit itself is covered by the factory audit checklist; the process view — who claims HDI, substrate, metal-core or flex — is the capability index.
