What this factory is. A Shanghai-listed PCB group headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong: incorporated in 2005 as a Hong Kong-invested manufacturer, listed on the main board on 12 September 2017, controlling shareholder Junya Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong), actual controller Ye Xiaobin. Paid-in registered capital ¥326.3 million, 4,824 employees at the end of 2025, ¥2.536 billion of revenue, and seven production entities running eight factories across six bases — Huizhou, Zhuhai, three plants in Longnan (Jiangxi), Changsha, Guangde (Anhui) and, newly, Vietnam.
Why it belongs on a buyer's shortlist. The portfolio covers prototype work (Zhuhai, Guangde), low-to-medium volume (Changsha), volume (Huizhou Sandong and the three Longnan plants) and SMT plus finished-product assembly (Huizhou Xiaojinkou) — a full staircase from one sample to a boxed unit, at 1–108 layers. For a North American buyer the Vietnam base is the live detail: phase one is planned at 1.8 million m² per year, the building is complete and equipment was being installed and commissioned at the 2025 year-end, explicitly to take orders from overseas customers.
The gap that matters. Its own website cannot be reached over HTTPS at all — the connection is refused, and the bare domain has no DNS record. It answers to three different English names: the audited name in the annual report, the page title on its English site, and the name in its own homepage copy. Twelve certification standards are listed with no certificate number, no issuing body and no expiry date, and one of them is not a standard that exists.

Listed companies are forced to publish the numbers that an unlisted factory can keep private: employee count by entity, square metres produced and sold, export revenue and its gross margin, customer concentration, pledged assets, goodwill. For a buyer, that is a free audit trail — and it is the reason this profile is longer on arithmetic than on adjectives.
Set the two records side by side. The website says eight factories, six bases, twenty-one years, “100+ global clients”. The annual report says 4,824 employees, 2.76 million m² produced, ¥601 million exported at a 0.31% gross margin, and a net loss for the year. Both are true. Only one of them lets you compute whether the capacity on offer matches the order you are about to place.
The same asymmetry runs the other way on identity. A listed company is the easiest kind of Chinese supplier to verify — exchange filings, an auditor, a stock code — and yet its own website cannot be opened over HTTPS, its bare domain does not resolve, and it introduces itself under three different English names. Verification is not a function of size. It is a function of whether anyone wrote the sentences down.
Two more Huizhou plants are measured the same way, on the same day: Victory Giant Technology (胜宏科技, 300476) in Huiyang — ¥10.731bn revenue, 17,989 staff, registered under an integrated-circuit manufacturing code — and Glorysky (惠州市特创电子科技) in Huidong — 844 insured staff, automotive and LCD lines, and no HTTPS on either of its domains.
This is one of 16 measured plants in this directory. To compare it by question rather than by name — who publishes a layer count, who publishes a certificate number, whether the plant is too big for your order — use the buyer-question index. The rest of the region is measured together on the Pearl River Delta cluster page; the visit itself is covered by the factory audit checklist; the process view — who claims HDI, substrate, metal-core or flex — is the capability index.
