Wire harness & cable assembly suppliers in China

Independent, source-linked profiles for buyers who need assemblies, not components.

What this section covers. China-based harness shops and cable assembly houses serving export markets: automotive harnesses, industrial control cables, medical device assemblies, overmolded and waterproof assemblies, and box-build partners.

What each profile contains. Connector platforms supported, wire gauge range, crimp and pull-test capability, IPC/WHMA-A-620 class claimed, certifications with registry numbers, lead time, MOQ, tooling responsibility, and the source link for every field.

The harness section opens after the first PCB profiles are published. Same fifteen-field standard, same rule: blank beats guessed.

How harness suppliers are compared

Harness sourcing fails on details that PCB sourcing never touches. These are the fields that decide whether a shop can actually build your assembly:

DimensionWhy it decides the shortlist
Connector platformsWhether the shop holds crimp tooling and validated applicators for TE, Molex, JST, Aptiv, Sumitomo or Deutsch terminals. Without the applicator, the crimp is not to specification.
Wire range & prepAWG range, cut-and-strip capability, tinning and splice methods. A shop tooled for 18–22 AWG industrial cable is not tooled for 32 AWG medical leads.
Test capabilityContinuity, hipot, pull-force and micro-ohm testing, and whether test fixtures are built in-house. Test data per unit is what separates an assembler from a crimper.
Workmanship standardIPC/WHMA-A-620 class claimed (1, 2 or 3). Class 3 is required for many medical and aerospace builds and is a hard filter, not a preference.
Export realityPublic US customs shipment records showing harness or cable assemblies actually landed — evidence, not a logo wall.

What a profile will not tell you

No fabricated numbers. Tooling lists, test capability and certification scope are only published when a public source confirms them. Missing means unconfirmed — ask the supplier directly, and ask for the certificate number so you can check the registry yourself.
