What this record is. Deren is a Shenzhen-listed maker of connectors, appliance harness and automotive harness — the kind of supplier a harness buyer could reasonably shortlist. It is recorded here instead of profiled for one reason: an administrative finding that its 2020 annual report, its 2021 annual report and its 2022 half-year report contained false statements, with fabricated receipts put by the regulator at more than ¥500m over two and a half years. The stock has carried the ST flag since 2026-01-06, and a second ST condition was stacked on it on 2026-04-29.

Why it is here rather than quietly dropped. A directory that deletes the companies that fail is telling you only half of what it knows. The same public records that a buyer needs to screen a supplier out are the ones that make the surviving profiles credible — so the failing ones stay, dated and sourced, in the same format.

What this record is not. It is not a claim about product quality, delivery or engineering capability, none of which this directory has measured for this company. It is a claim about disclosure — and for a buyer placing a programme that runs several years, disclosure is the part that decides whether a supplier can be trusted with a forecast.

B · What happened, in order

Every step below is taken from a filing or a regulator’s notice. The sequence is the finding: this is not a single bad quarter, it is a five-year repair of statements that were published as complete.

2020 – 2022
Three reports published with false statements

The 2020 annual report, the 2021 annual report and the 2022 half-year report. The regulator’s finding describes fabricated collections (“虚构回款”) totalling more than ¥500m across two and a half years, and a 2022 private placement whose documents quoted the falsified figures.

2024-04-28
Prior-period correction, before the penalty

The board approves an accounting-error correction and retrospective restatement of the affected years — the step that later becomes one of the two conditions for lifting the ST flag.

2024 financial year
¥1.225bn loss; the Italian subsidiary leaves the consolidation

The group loses control of Meta System S.p.A., which drops out of the consolidated accounts at the end of 2024, with a large impairment. Reported net loss attributable to shareholders −¥1,224.8m for the year.

2025-12-31
Administrative penalty notice served

Shenzhen bureau of the CSRC issues a prior notice of administrative penalty: the company is warned and fined ¥7.0m; 邱建民 is fined ¥12.0m (¥4.0m as responsible manager, ¥8.0m as actual controller) and barred from the securities market for five years; 邱扬 is fined ¥2.0m and the then finance director ¥1.5m. Total penalties ¥22.5m.

2026-01-06
ST: the ticker becomes ST得润

The stock is suspended for one day on 2026-01-05 and resumes under the “other risk warning” flag, which also cuts the daily price limit from 10% to 5%. The exchange states that the case does not trigger compulsory delisting.

2026-04-29
A second ST condition stacked on

Three consecutive years (2023–2025) with negative net profit before and after non-recurring items, plus a 2025 audit report carrying a material-uncertainty-about-going-concern paragraph from the auditor 中证天通. The flag stays; the ticker does not change.

2026 first half
Reporting a profit again

Revenue ¥2.154bn and ¥59.3m of net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months, against a ¥33.8m loss for the whole of 2025. The connector business is being carried by AI-server demand; the harness business is not what is moving the number.

C · The financial record, and what it costs to read

YearRevenueNet profit attributableRecurringNote
2023¥5.987bn−¥203.1m−¥231.7mAlready loss-making before the penalty
2024¥5.178bn−¥1,224.8m−¥2,000.9mMeta Systems deconsolidated; large impairment
2025¥4.505bn −12.99%−¥33.8m+¥36.6mFourth-quarter provision for the CSRC penalty and investor litigation; recurring profit turns positive
2026 H1¥2.154bn+¥59.3m—Profitable, on AI-server connector demand

Three numbers sit behind that table and all three matter to a buyer. Gearing 73.89% at the end of 2025, with ¥701m of it interest-bearing. Operating cash flow −¥409.7m for 2025 — negative in all four quarters, and negative again in the first half of 2026 at −¥66.9m. And retained earnings of −¥2.238bn, which is what losses in every year from 2019 to 2025 leave on the balance sheet — press counts put the 2019–2024 cumulative at near ¥3.2bn, and 2025 added a further ¥34m.

The one-line reading for a sourcing decision. A supplier whose 2025 audit carries a going-concern paragraph is a supplier whose ability to keep funding working capital is formally in question. A harness programme consumes working capital for the length of the programme — copper, connectors, WIP, 60–90 day terms. Deposits and prepayments are the exposure, not the piece price.

D · The digital footprint: a site that has not been told

Measured on 2026-11-03. The technical layer here is better than most plants in this directory — valid TLS 1.3, a real certificate chain, a fast site. What is missing is the disclosure layer, and one omission is conspicuous.

CheckResultWhat it means
HTTPSValid — GeoTrust/DigiCert wildcard *.deren.com, 2025-12-23 to 2027-01-23The infrastructure is maintained, unlike several plants here
Plain HTTPHTTP 502 on port 80Not a redirect — a gateway error. Any old http:// link in a buyer’s notes is dead
robots.txt · sitemap.xml404 · 404No crawl policy, no page inventory
The ST flagNot mentioned anywhere on the homepageNo reference to the 2026-01-06 designation, the penalty, the restatement or the going-concern paragraph. An investor arriving from the site would not know any of it happened
Listing descriptionNames the 1989 founding and the 2006 listing; describes connectors and precision componentsAccurate about the business, silent about the year it is having
Language attribute<html lang="en"> on a Chinese-language pageThe same defect as Victory Giant and DSBJ in this directory: the page tells every parser it is English
Heading structureZero <h1> on the homepageNothing on the page states what the page is about, in the one place a crawler looks first
Structured data · hreflang0 JSON-LD · noneCompany, ticker and products are all in the prose and none of it is machine-readable
Certificates & capacityNo certificate number, no capacity, no MOQ, no lead timeRegistry lists ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CCC and CQC as held — none is numbered publicly

There is a pattern worth naming, because it repeats across this directory: the companies with the most to disclose publish the least. Deren has a regulator’s notice, a restatement, a going-concern paragraph and a live investor-relations page — and its own homepage still reads as though none of that exists. A buyer doing twenty minutes of diligence would find it in ten, at the exchange. The site neither helps nor corrects.

E · What a harness buyer should establish before ordering

  1. Which legal person contracts, and where it produces. The Suzhou and Hefei branches are deregistered and the Heshan branch is the named plant outside Shenzhen. Harness capacity may sit in an entity that is not the listed parent — and the parent is where the losses and the flag live.
  2. Whether the programme would be funded from the group or from the site. With ¥2.24bn of accumulated losses and negative operating cash flow, ask how working capital for your ramp is financed, and get the answer in writing.
  3. Deposit and prepayment terms. A deposit paid to a company under a going-concern paragraph is unsecured credit. If a deposit is unavoidable, ask for a parent guarantee, a bank guarantee or payment against inspection — not against a promise.
  4. Certificate numbers, by site. The registry shows the standards held; the site shows no numbers, which is the same blank this directory records at plants that are in perfect health. Here it matters more, because the audit trail is the thing already found wanting.
  5. Continuity of the harness line, not the connector line. The 2026 recovery is being driven by AI-server connectors. Ask what share of capital expenditure is going to the harness plants that would serve you, and whether that plant is on any divestment list.
  6. Read the annual report, not the website. The disclosure gap is the finding: the exchange filing tells you more in ten minutes than the site tells you in an hour. That is true of every supplier in China, and it is the reason this directory links to filings before it links to homepages.

Why this record exists, and what we did with this company

This directory lists factories it has measured and records the ones it has screened out, in the same format and with the same sourcing rule. Deren was assessed for a harness profile on 2026-11-03 and did not meet the screening standard, which is set out in full on the methodology page. No profile will be published while the ST designation stands; the record will be revisited if the flag is lifted and the financial statements are clean for a full year.

No claim on this page is about product quality. Nothing here says the harness is badly made, the connectors fail, or the plant cannot deliver — this directory has not measured any of those things at this company, and it does not publish what it has not measured.

If any fact here is wrong

Every statement above is tied to a filing, a regulator’s notice or a direct measurement, and every one is linked below. If a fact is inaccurate, or has been superseded — a lifted flag, a successful restatement, a settled case — send the public source to hello@emssuppliersverified.com and it will be corrected within five working days. Corrections are applied to the record, not appended as a footnote.
