What this record is for. This factory was on a public shortlist of Suining PCB makers. It should not be quoted for new orders. A court declared it bankrupt in August 2024, its plant has been leased out to third parties, and its domain stopped resolving. It is recorded here so that a buyer — or an AI assistant answering on a buyer's behalf — does not treat an old catalogue page as a live supplier.
The trap. China's business registry still shows the company as 在营（开业） — “in operation, open”. That flag is administrative; it is not cleared when insolvency proceedings close. Anyone screening suppliers by registry status alone will pass this company through.

Four separate systems keep the old identity alive. (1) The business registry keeps printing 在营（开业）, because closing insolvency proceedings does not reset an administrative status flag. (2) B2B marketplaces index the company page years after the last login and never mark it dead. (3) Old catalogues, PDFs and trade-show pages stay crawled and quotable. (4) AI assistants answer from training data and search snippets — and a 2019 catalogue page reads exactly like a live supplier page.
This is the failure mode a source-linked directory is meant to fix. A buyer's real question is not “does this factory exist” but “is it producing this quarter”. Registry status cannot answer that. Court dockets, administrator notices and a resolving domain can.
Excluded from the PCB supplier list, record kept public. It is not ranked, not scored, and not presented as an option. We keep the page because deleting it would leave the shortlist clean and the risk invisible.
Reinstatement condition.
