What this factory is. The largest PCB manufacturer in Suining and the anchor of the local cluster: founded 2011, 212 mu site, ¥1.359 billion revenue in 2025 (up 23.06%), 1,706 insured employees, production from 2 to 48 layers plus IC substrates and PCBA assembly. It has ranked in China's PCB top 100 for nine consecutive years and sits in the top five for quick-turn and prototype work. Its chairman, Li Qinghua, was elected president of the Suining Electronic Circuit Association in September 2026.
Why it belongs in a buyer's shortlist. Scale, in-house substrate capability and a documented AI-server and optical-module product line (a 1.6T optical module board was announced in January 2026) put it above most of the cluster on capability. It is the reference point against which the smaller factories here should be measured.
The gap that matters. Its Chinese site does the technical work: 240 indexed pages, a sitemap, a robots file, keyword-bearing titles. An English site exists as well — 146 URLs at en.iqpcb.com. But the English homepage's title reads “Inno Circuits Limited-Fingerprint lock,Indoor unit” and its description sells building intercoms and smart-home products: a template left over from another client, sitting on the one page that defines the company. Nothing in either site's markup declares the Chinese and English names to be the same entity — no hreflang, no Organization data — and the bare domain still fails certificate validation.

Homepage title: “Inno Circuits Limited-Fingerprint lock,Indoor unit”; homepage description: “The company is an enterprise engaged in building intercom, digital smart home and other products.” Inner pages carry the correct brand (“Process capability-Inno Circuits Limited”) — only the homepage is wrong, and the homepage is the page that defines the entity the wrong company on the most important pageThe two catalogues are not mirrors: 60 English product IDs against 47 Chinese, 37 present only in English and 24 only in Chinese No hreflang in either direction and no Organization markup anywhere — nothing in the markup ties 四川英创力电子科技股份有限公司 to INNO CIRCUITS LIMITED. The biggest factory in the cluster introduces itself, in English, as a maker of fingerprint locks. Yingchuangli does almost everything right on the Chinese web: 240 indexed pages, a sitemap, a permissive robots file, keyword-bearing titles, nine years of industry-award coverage, state-media features and a chairman who leads the local trade association. In English it has 146 URLs and a correct brand on every inner page — and a homepage whose title and description describe a building-intercom and smart-home company.
Ask an AI assistant "large PCB manufacturer China, 48 layers, IC substrate, AI server boards" and this company should be a top answer. What blocks it is not a missing website but a missing statement: no page in English presents “2–48 layers, IC substrate, 25 µm line/space, ±8% impedance” as a claim a machine can lift, and the one page that would define the entity defines it wrongly. That is not a marketing problem — it is a metadata problem with a one-afternoon fix.
Open fields, not a rating.
