What this factory is. A 57-person cable plant in Suining's development zone making high-frequency wire, USB data cable, security and network cable, automotive wire, EV wire and electronic wire — 36,000 m² of site, ¥162M of stated total investment, ¥30M of registered capital paid in full, founded October 2018. It is the only plant in this directory holding an IATF 16949 certificate whose published scope explicitly excludes product design, plus a GJB 9001C weapons quality system, and it has put three automotive-harness fixtures through the patent office inside eight weeks of 2026.
Why a buyer might want it. Because the capital intensity explains the headcount. ¥162M of stated investment across 57 insured employees is roughly ¥2.8M of plant per person — the arithmetic that reconciles a county-scale payroll with a claimed nine million units a month. That is a different animal from a 76-person harness shop crimping by hand, and for a programme that needs volume on standardized cable rather than custom assemblies, it is the more relevant shape.
The fault line, in one sentence. Every field a buyer actually shortlists on — wire gauge, connector platform, MOQ, lead time — is blank on a website that is technically the best-built in this directory: a modern four-page site with zero structured data, no product pages, no English and no certificate numbers, carrying less usable specification than the profile you are reading.

Field 5 is the first thing worth understanding. The man who signs for this company holds 5% of it. The person holding 95% is recorded as supervisor and appears nowhere on the website, in no trade listing, and in no customer-facing document this directory could find. Section E sets that against the company it was spun out of, where the same two names hold the ratios the other way round.
And the industry code is wrong in the way that matters. The registry files a 36,000 m ² cable plant under 7590, “other technology promotion services” — a services class. A commercial database reclassifies it as “electronic component manufacturing”. The company calls itself a wire manufacturer. Three answers, one field, none of them a lie. On a tender that filters by industry code, only the first one counts.

Read that scope before anything else on this page: this plant builds to a customer's print. It does not design the part. For an automotive programme that is the difference between a tier-2 supplier and a development partner, and it is stated openly — the only plant in this directory that states it at all. | 18 · Litigation | Aggregators disagree on the count — one reports 9 judicial records, another reports 2 cases plus 1 self-risk item for the same company. The identified cases: · (2022)川0903民初1472号 — Yaoqiang sued Sichuan Tieling Electronics over a sales contract. Yaoqiang was the plaintiff. · (2022)川0903执1360号 — enforcement against Tieling. Terminated as 终本 (no assets found) on 2023-01-18. The judgment was not collected. · (2023)川0903民初90号 → (2023)川09民终325号 — Sichuan Sijite brought a third-party objection to enforcement against Yaoqiang, first instance and appeal. Yaoqiang was the defendant. · (2025)川0903执17号 — Yaoqiang itself was the subject of enforcement, filed 2025-01-09. amount, creditor and outcome are not published no dishonest-debtor listing, no consumption restriction, no tax arrears located | aggregated court records |
Field 18 reads worse than it is, and better than it looks. The shape is a supplier that sold on credit, sued, won, and then could not collect — because the customer had nothing to seize. That is not a mark against Yaoqiang's product; it is a mark against the payment terms of the cluster it sells into, and it is the single most common way a Chinese component maker's working capital disappears.
The 2025 enforcement case against Yaoqiang is the one to ask about directly. It is one record, no amount is published, and it may be trivial — an unpaid freight invoice, a disputed tooling bill. But it is the only place on this page where the company is the debtor rather than the creditor, and a buyer doing diligence should ask what it was.

| 19 · The site works | Unlike most of this directory, there is something to read. www.scyqkjgs.com resolves, serves HTTPS, and runs on Next.js — a modern stack, not a 2013 CMS left to rot. Chinese-language only. Four pages: 首页, 关于我们, 联系我们, 主营产品.Which makes the next field the interesting one. | direct checks 2026-11-02 |
| 20 · And nothing behind it | Every path a specification would live on returns 404:
/products 404 /robots.txt 404 /product 404 /sitemap.xml 404 /auto 404 /en 404 /cert 404 /news 404No product page per cable family. No certificate page. No news. No English. No robots.txt, no sitemap, and zero blocks of structured data on the homepage — 0 JSON-LD, 0 hreflang, lang="zh-CN" single-valued. The homepage is a description tag and a list of application images. | direct checks 2026-11-02 |
| 21 · What it does publish — and it is not nothing | More than any other site in the cluster, in fact: 36,000 m² site · ¥162M total investment · founding month · the plant's lineage (see section E) · the process-equipment list · the laboratory list · the certification names · export markets · six product families with application copy. | company site |
| 22 · What it never publishes | Wire gauge. Connector platform. MOQ. Lead time. Capacity in metres or units per month. UL file number. Any certificate number. Any customer name. Any dimensional drawing. Any English. The company publishes its total investment to the yuan and its site area to the square metre — metrics no buyer shortlists on — while leaving blank every metric a buyer does. That inversion is the finding, and it is the same inversion at every plant in this directory. The difference here is that the website had the budget and the build quality to fix it. | direct checks 2026-11-02 |
“公司前身为四川瑞天泰电子科技有限公司押出车间” — “the company's predecessor was the extrusion workshop of Sichuan Ruithaitai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” No inference needed; the spun-out plant says so itself.
What this means for a contract. The economic owner of Yaoqiang holds 95% and is recorded as supervisor. The person who signs holds 5%. That is ordinary in Chinese SMEs and it is not a warning — but it does mean the party with the residual interest in the relationship is not the party in the meeting, and a buyer asking for a personal guarantee should know which of the two names goes on it. The registry records the ratios. It does not record why they are inverted, and this page will not guess.
How to read this. The name is shared. The ownership is not. A shared 字号, a first address inside the incumbent's park, and a move to the incumbent's legal representative's home town are three facts that point one way; the shareholder register points another. Both are true, and neither settles it. What can be said without guessing is narrower and more useful: a buyer who reads “鑫耀强” as Yaoqiang's connector division is reading something no public record says — and the entity that would answer the phone has no employees on file and no capital paid in at the layer above it. Ask for the business licence of the company you are actually contracting with, and check the USCC against the one you were quoted. The matching method is here →
This plant has already done the hard part, and it is invisible. ¥30M paid in, in full. IATF 16949 with a scope that tells a buyer exactly what it can and cannot do. A GJB 9001C weapons certificate, which almost no cable plant in China holds. 30 patents in force, three of them harness fixtures granted inside eight weeks. Nine filings in 2023, eight in 2025. A named laboratory list. And a website on a modern stack that loads fast over HTTPS.
Then it publishes: total investment, site area, and a founding month. Not the gauge. Not the connector. Not the MOQ. Not the lead time. Not one certificate number — including the IATF certificate, whose scope wording is the single most useful sentence this company could put online and which instead sits in a certification body's database that no buyer will ever open.
The distinction from the rest of this directory is uncomfortable. The other plants have no site, or a dead one, or a CMS frozen in 2021 — so their absence is explained by neglect. Yaoqiang built a Next.js site, wrote a real about page, listed its machines, and still left every shortlisting field empty. That is not a budget problem or a technical problem. It is a decision about what a website is for: a brochure for people who already know you, rather than a specification for people deciding whether to call.
And the name is now a liability it did not have in 2018. A buyer searching the trading name in 2026 can reach an entity founded last year, with no employees on file, a Shenzhen holding company behind it that has paid in nothing, and a product catalogue that reads like a factory. Yaoqiang cannot fix that by adding a page. It can only fix it by being the thing that ranks.
Open fields, not a rating. (1) Wire range in AWG and mm², insulation types and temperature class — the four numbers that decide whether this plant can quote your part at all, and none of them is public. (2) What the IATF scope excludes, in practice: design is out, so ask who owns the drawing, who signs the PPAP, and whether they have ever run a full PPAP on a harness rather than on bulk cable. (3) The three 2026 harness fixtures — ask to see them on the line. A patented fixture that is not in use is a filing, not a capability. (4) Crimp validation: pull-force by gauge, crimp height, cross-section, and the workmanship class they build to. (5) MOQ and lead time, which is the entire reason to consider a 57-person plant with ¥162M of equipment. (6) UL file number and category, and the current IATF certificate number with its expiry. (7) Which company you are contracting with — confirm the USCC on the business licence against this page, and do it again at signature. (8) The 2025 enforcement case, (2025)川0903执17号: what it was and whether it is closed.
