What this factory is. The aluminium-substrate house of the Suining cluster. Founded 2012 on a 32-mu site near the airport road, it runs single-sided aluminium-based laminate as its core product — the heat-dissipating board under LED lighting, power supplies, instrument panels, motorcycle electronics and medical devices — alongside single/double-sided FR-4 and laminates. 88 insured staff, ¥10M registered and fully paid, roughly 600,000 m² of board a year, of which 200,000 m² is mid-to-high-end aluminium.
Why a buyer might want it. Aluminium substrate is not a side line here; it is the product. Nothing else in this directory leads with it. For a lighting, power-conversion or automotive-lighting buyer who needs 1–2 layer metal-core board in volume, this is the plant in the cluster that has built its equipment list and its patent portfolio around exactly that.
The fault line, in one sentence. A 14-year-old factory with 600,000 m² of capacity has no website at all — and every domain a buyer would naturally guess from its name belongs to somebody else: one serves spam, one is a food-machinery company in Shandong, one is a domain-for-sale page.

This case is not a broken website. It is an absent identity. Yingchuangli has 240 Chinese pages and 146 English ones; Zhichao has a domain that answers only email; Wanyexing has a site with four configuration faults. Shengda Xinxing skips that stage entirely — there is no page to fix, and the name it would have used has already been claimed by three unrelated parties. A buyer searching its pinyin lands on spam or on a food-machinery maker in Shandong.
The comparison that matters to a buyer. Two plants in this cluster make similar board. One appears in an AI answer with a spec table; the other appears nowhere, and its name on the open web points at someone else. Capacity does not close that gap — a factory that cannot be found is, to a sourcing search, a factory that does not exist.
And the numbers need a second look. “42 patents, leading in the domestic industry” is a press-release figure covering cumulative grants. The register shows 20 still in force and 33 terminated for non-payment. Both statements are true; only one is useful to a buyer doing diligence. A profile that repeats the first without the second is doing the buyer a disservice.
Open fields, not a rating. (1) Whether aluminium substrate is produced in-house end to end — ask for the anodising and dielectric-layer steps by name, and for a thermal-conductivity figure (1 W/m·K vs 2 W/m·K changes the application). (2) Whether the 200,000 m² of “mid-to-high-end” aluminium means 2-layer metal-core or single-layer only. (3) ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate numbers and the certification body — none is published. (4) How many of the 20 live patents are actually used in production, as opposed to kept alive for tender scoring. (5) Status of the fire-safety corrections; the December 2023 re-inspection found two items outstanding. (6) Whether capacity is genuinely free — the company told a reporter in late 2024 that orders ran to March 2025, so lead times today need confirming rather than assuming. (7) How to reach them at all beyond a 188.com mailbox.
