Founded 2014, ¥20M registered capital paid in full, High-Tech Enterprise since 2017 with the current certificate running to December 2026, 3C and UL marks on the product, and 38 live patents.
Why a buyer might want it. Harness work is labour-intensive and this is a county-level plant with county-level cost — which is why the cluster's harness work sits here rather than in the city plants that chase multilayer boards. The patent file is unusually specific for a shop this size: terminal pull-test fixtures, waterproof raceway connectors, cable-bundling devices, a harness BOM and material-coding system, and a cable reliability test platform. Those are the tools of somebody who tests crimps rather than somebody who says they do.
The fault line, in one sentence. Every database lists scruitiantai.com as its website; that domain has mail records and no web record — the site is gone. And the domain inside the email address printed in its trade listings, ruithai.com, does not resolve at all, so mail sent to the address a buyer would find bounces.

This is the cruellest version of the problem in the directory. The other plants here have a site with faults, or no site at all. Ruithai has a domain that half-works: mail flows, the web does not. That is worse than nothing, because it keeps every directory printing a URL that a buyer will click, and the click fails. Then the buyer tries the email on the same page, and that fails too.
The gap between the company and its own evidence is the real story. Fifty patents, 38 in force, nine filed in 2025. A pull-test fixture patented last quarter. A UL mark. A High-Tech Enterprise certificate renewed three times. Paid-in capital at 100%. This is a plant doing the hard part properly and then failing to publish any of it — no wire gauge, no connector platforms, no pull-force data, no MOQ, no lead time, no English. A harness buyer shortlisting on a search engine cannot see any of it.
And two labels are now out of date on a page nobody can fix. “Specialised & Sophisticated SME” lapsed in December 2022 and is still being repeated by encyclopaedia entries; the quality system is described as ISO 9001:2008, withdrawn in 2015. Both would take ten minutes to correct — on a website that does not exist.
Open fields, not a rating. (1) Reach them at all — the printed address bounces; ask for a working inbox and a named contact before anything else. (2) Connector platforms: which TE / Molex / JST / Aptiv series can they crimp, and do they hold the applicators or buy terminated leads. (3) Wire range in AWG and insulation types, plus the temperature class. (4) Crimp validation: pull-force per wire gauge, crimp-height measurement, cross-section analysis — and whether the pull-test fixture in the patent file is actually in use on the line. (5) UL file number (E-number) and the UL category; a UL claim without it cannot be verified. (6) Current ISO 9001 certificate number and revision — the published one is a withdrawn edition. (7) Whether the lapsed Specialised & Sophisticated designation has been replaced, since several Chinese tenders score it. (8) Lead time and MOQ, which is the entire reason a buyer would look at a 76-person county plant in the first place.
