What this factory is. The first PCB manufacturer to set up in Suining's development zone, registered in 2006 and running since then on Mingxing Avenue — next door to Puruisen. 293 insured employees, double-sided through HDI, metal-core and rigid-flex, 186 patents, and both the national High-Tech Enterprise and Little Giant designations. It has been the entry point of the local cluster: Yingchuangli, Puruisen and Zhichao all followed it in.
Why it stands out among its peers here. It is one of only three plants in this directory with a genuine English-language website — en.haiyingchina.com.cn, 115 indexed URLs, lang="en" set correctly, product pages and an English company profile. Among sixteen-field peers in this cluster, that is rare.
What still holds it back. The two language sites do not reference each other — no hreflang anywhere — so search engines treat them as unrelated. Around a third of the English sitemap is recruitment notices, tender documents and internal announcements rather than capability pages. And the English titles describe the company (“Professional Circuit Board Manufacturer”) rather than the buyer's query (“8-layer HDI, 2 mil line/space, 300,000 m²/year”). Having a page is not the same as being matchable.

This factory did the hard part and stopped one step short. Building an English site at all puts Haiying ahead of nine out of ten plants in this cluster — including the ¥1.36bn leader, whose English homepage introduces it as a maker of fingerprint locks. But the English site is not wired to the Chinese one (no hreflang), a third of its indexable pages are recruitment and tender notices, and its titles describe the company instead of the buyer's question.
The fix is small and specific. Add hreflang pairs between the two domains. Cut tender, recruitment and announcement pages from the sitemap. Rewrite six product-page titles around what a buyer actually types — “8-layer HDI PCB manufacturer, 2 mil line/space, 300,000 m²/year”. None of that requires new photography, new copywriting or a new website. It requires someone to know that these three things are what stands between the factory and an AI answer.
Open fields, not a rating. (1) Current monthly capacity after phase 2 — the 300,000 m²/year figure on the site, the 1.8 million m² 2023 output and the “+60%” phase-2 claim cannot all be current. (2) Layer ceiling and minimum line/space for HDI. (3) ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certificate numbers. (4) Whether rigid-flex is produced in-house or brokered. (5) Lead time and MOQ for 4–8 layer volume orders. (6) Which legal entity invoices export orders.
