The newest PCB plant in the Suining cluster: registered in September 2024, backed by two established local PCB companies (Hong'an Xingsheng and Hao'ersi), in trial production from May 2026 and formally commissioned on 2026-08-10. It runs 2–24 layer boards at close to 50,000 m²/month, with a second phase targeting 100,000 m²/month by year-end. Total project investment ¥300M.
Why a buyer should look twice — in both directions. It has almost no digital footprint: no company website, no published certificate numbers, no export history. What it does have is unusually strong third-party coverage — the city government's own site, the district government's site and the regional trade press all documented its opening with specific figures. For a buyer, this is a new plant with real production evidence and zero track record in exports. Both facts belong in the file.
One thing to be clear about. Recruitment pages circulating online describe the company as “founded 2012” and list ISO 9001 / TS 16949 / ISO 14001 / GJB certifications. Those belong to the shareholder companies' history, not to this legal entity, which is two years old. We separate the two below.

Meanwhile the recruitment page circulating online misattributes its shareholders' 2012 founding and certifications to it. Both facts live in the open; only a source-linked record can tell them apart.
Open questions, not a rating. (1) Which legal entity issues the invoice — Jingming or a shareholder? (2) Certificates in Jingming's own name: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits take time for a 2024 entity; ask what stage they are at. (3) Which of the named customers can be evidenced on request? (4) Current monthly output versus the 100,000 m² target. (5) Export staffing: the import-export scope is five months old.
